With a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and more than 30 years of experience across the agricultural, transportation, telecommunications, and production engineering sectors, Theo brings a depth of knowledge that is invaluable to our team. He has played a key role in developing successful, field-proven products for both mining and agricultural clients, locally in Perth and across international markets.
Theo applies his extensive CAD and engineering analysis expertise to ensure that products are innovative, robust, and production-ready. His background includes over 30 years in product design, team leadership, and high-volume production processes, along with significant experience in developing mobile infrastructure solutions for harsh and demanding environments. Highly skilled CAD technologies, Theo is committed to delivering engineering excellence in every project he undertakes.
Shane Sammons- Mechanical Draftsmen
He is a highly valued member of our mechanical drafting team, bringing over ten years of experience in the agricultural implement manufacturing industry. His strong technical background and ability to create precise 2D and 3D designs using Solidworks make him an integral part of our engineering process. Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and calm approach under pressure, he consistently delivers high-quality work across multiple projects. He adapts quickly to new challenges and is always willing to take on new opportunities that drive innovation and improvement.
